Wendy Greuel Exploits Sandy Hook Shootings In New Campaign Ad

I could have titled this post "Wendy Greuel Exploits Newtown For Fun And Profit". I almost did. After you see this new campaign ad from Greuel, you might wonder why I didn't.





"We could all have our own Sandy Hook." Greuel says in the ad as she tries to align herself with the parents of Newtown victims though the 1999 North Valley Jewish Center shooting and a murder/suicide at her "family business"

No we don't "all have our own Sandy Hook".  Not unless we have children murdered at the barrel of a gun.

And unless Greuel is backing this ad up with concrete action to pressure congress to pass comprehensive gun control, this ad is nothing but political pandering at its worst.

But don't take my word for it, here's a comment from someone who actually worked at the North Valley Jewish Center, and who's niece was present when a gunman opened fire on their school.

"The North Valley Jewish Community Center was more than a day care. I worked there. My niece was there the day of the shooting. I know people who were shot. 

Very few of us, fortunately, have our own Sandy Hook. Very lame, usurious, pandering ad. 

Disgusting."

Indeed.
