Well, you're in luck. You have until October 18th to register to vote and until October 26 to apply for an absentee ballot.

To register to vote, go to this link to download and print a registration form. Fill in the form, then mail it to your county election office. To find the mailing address for your county, go to this link. The registration form must arrive at the county election office by October 18th. If you don't think it will arrive in the mail in time, you can deliver it in person.
