President-elect Barack Obama recorded a message to be delivered this morning at the Bi-Partisan Governors Global Climate Summit in Los Angeles. The hosts of the summit include Obama allies Govs. Rod Blagojevich of Illinois and Kathleen Sebelius of Kansas, as well as Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, Gov. Jim Doyle of Wisconsin and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger of California, whose wife is an Obama-backer.
